Farming for a Climate-Friendly Future - Hear how producers are working to combat climate change

In November 2021, world leaders and representatives from 200 countries met in Glasgow, for the 26th UN Climate Change Conference (COP26).

We held a virtual event to hear about the challenges facing communities as a result of climate change.

Kodzo Korkortsi, Shared Interest Foundation Manager gave a first hand account of our projects in Ghana, Uganda, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Peru and Nicaragua.  You will learn about coffee growers, sesame farmers, beekeepers and basket weavers as we help them build resilience and mitigate against climate change, through smart agriculture, conservation, tree planting and organic farming.  Kodzo was joined by Nicholas Apokerah co-founder of TradeAID Integrated, a producer organisation based in Ghana. TradeAID support over 1,600 producers of traditional woven baskets.
