WHO WE ARE
We work in parts of the world where other lenders are less keen to operate. We focus on reaching small farming and handcraft groups, and we know that 70% of the organisations we support have no other source of financial support.
WHAT WE DO
We use investments to make loans to organisations of farmers, craftspeople and fair trade buyers. The loans typically fund materials, crops, infrastructure or equipment. Once products are sold, the organisation repays Shared Interest and funds are lent out again and again.
