JOIN OUR UPCOMING WEBINAR
Join us for an exploration into Shared Interest and our pioneering co-operative model, which has remained central to our work since our founding in 1990. We will share examples of co-operatives we have supported around the world, followed by a live Q&A with Koolskools - a UK-based ethical school uniform supplier built on a Fairtrade model that promotes transparency and fairness throughout its supply chain.
THE ETHICAL CONSUMER CONFERENCE
This event is taking place on Tuesday, 4th November 2025, from 4pm until 5pm, within Ethical Consumer Magazine's Ethical Consumer Week. This year, the week asks: How can we move beyond corporate power?
Events taking place throughout the week will spotlight ethical organisations pioneering alternative business models, alongside engaged individuals, campaign groups and activists pushing for a fundamental change in how we think about companies, all leading up to an in-person conference in London on Friday 7th November.
During the week, the Ethical Consumer will explore the concept of moving beyond corporate power through the following themes:
- Tech monopolies and moving away from them
- How boycotts (including Ethical Consumer's boycott of amazon and BDS) help
- What if all corporations were co-operatives or social enterprises?
- Challenging land grabs by new tech and AI
