Becoming a member
Becoming a member is easy. You can apply online and invest as little as £100, joining more than 11,000 people across the UK who are putting people before profit. Your investment is not just used once — it is used again and again and again, helping fair trade producers access the finance they need to grow their businesses and strengthen their communities.
Together, our members have built a share capital of over £50 million, creating lasting impact in 47 countries.

Our Shared Impact
One of the many producers supported through Shared Interest is Alice Kouassi Aya, a cocoa farmer and mother living in rural Ivory Coast. Alice is a member of ECOOKIM - a co-operative that receives finance from Shared Interest to help farmers improve their businesses and livelihoods. This ethical finance has enabled Alice to strengthen her skills and build a more secure future for her family.
